At the time we were shooting this video, he just came back from IBL season, so that’s why the plan for that day work out didn’t involve cardio or muscular endurance, just… strength 💪😁
They’re doing 5 sets of 8 of dead lift, with 40 kg on each side… and the. 5 sets of 5 of weighted pull up, Coach is using 20 up to 35 kg, Patrick is using… well you guys will see what he’s using 🤪🤣🤣
