What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video I am presenting to you my END GAME FULL HEALTH and BLOODIED Enclave Plasma Rifle Build Guide! The weapons I am using is the Vampires Enclave Plasma Rifle. In Fallout 76 this is one of my favorite builds, SO with that being said I decided to make a definitive End game Rifleman builds. In this Fallout 76 gameplay we review EVERYTHING! I show you my full builds which includes all my Base stats, Legendary Perk Cards and Normal Perk card. I also go over the weapon itself with of course its mods. I personally think this is one of the strongest builds you can make in fallout 76 and it also stops anything in its tracks.
