There are 2 inputs which could cause the pH of your growing medium to decrease: water and fertilizer.
Fertilizer: You want to switch away from acidic fertilizers and use basic fertilizers which have a higher nitrate content for nitrogen source.
If you are injecting any acid to your water source, discontinue doing this as it continues to add to the drop in the pH of your growing medium.
If you need to change your pH rapidly, you could use a liquid limestone product that will give you a half to a full point adjustement in the pH of your growing medium depending on the rate you use.
