Hopes are high that a final deal to save Cyprus may have been agreed. A meeting has been confirmed for Sunday in Brussels between finance ministers and eurozone leaders. It is understood that a one-off levy may be imposed on savers who have deposits of more than $130,000 in the Bank of Cyprus. That is the message that seems to be emerging after a long day of talks between the Cypriot government and officials of the troika - the European Union, the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank. Al Jazeera's Peter Sharp reports from Nicosia.
