Describing the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in the RDASH area, this programme showcases the support available for older children between 11 and 18 years old. Filmed earlier this year on location in North Lincolnshire, the concept was developed by Resolution Television and the NHS and is designed to appeal to older children.

Mental Health problems aren't as unusual as you might think. They affect one in four adults and one in five children and young people in the UK. So the chances are that you already know someone who has experienced some form of mental health problem.
Mental health problems include a wide range of symptoms, some of which may surprise you, and you don't have to be an adult to experience them. Feeling depressed or anxious about things like bullying, exams or peer groups is quite common for a young person and can make them feel quite alone and unable to discuss them with anyone.
Mental illness also covers much more serious issues where anger and harming yourself or others, may be involved.
The Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, or CAMHS can help. It can explain why a young person's body feels like it does when they are anxious or worried. It can help them to understand which situations trigger certain feelings and how to deal with them.
CAMHS can support young people to practice managing their feelings in a safe environment.
You may have heard about eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia, these can affect boys and girls and if left without treatment can lead to very serious physical conditions and even death.
