Solitude is a chosen state of being alone, often seen as a time for reflection, creativity, and personal growth.
In contrast, loneliness is an involuntary feeling of isolation and sadness that can occur even when surrounded by others.
While solitude can foster connection with oneself, loneliness often signifies a longing for connection with others.

I’ve been in both situations my isolation wasn’t voluntary when it first began I was forced, my life circumstances push me towards a very enclosed space in both my mind and spirit.
Thankfully as time went on I found myself enjoying the new lifestyle I was gaining from this situation and finally I had gotten accustomed to it and now I choose to fully integrate myself in my work knowing that I’m not alone and plus I know that I’ll pay off in the future…
