Jammu and Kashmir Elections: As the poll results come near, 5 MLAs should be nominated by LG as per Section 15 of the Jammu and Kashmir Organisation Act 2019. It will consist of 2 women representatives, 2 representatives of the Kashmiri Pandit Community, and 1 to represent the displaced migrant community of Pok. These MLAs will be appointed just before the first meeting of the house and will have voting rights just like all other MLAs.
