Ginataang bilo bilo is a Filipino snack dish. The main ingredient is glutinous rice balls (locally known as bilo bilo).
❓To make Sago (tapioca pearl)
Put 1 cup tapioca pearl in boiling water (this takes a bit of time) so do this first.
Once it fully transparent, switch off the heat. Soak it in cold water and set aside.
❓To make bilo bilo we need:
3 cups glutinous rice
1 1/2 cups water
❓Other ingredients is:
2 cans coconut milk (400ml)
1 can jackfruit or fresh ripe jackfruit
1 cup sugar
1 Sweet potato
3 Sugar bananas
2 1/2 water
