This is No Onion No Garlic Recipe but if you want to add it feel free to add.
Ingredients:
For Stuffing Masala:
1/4 Cup Peanut Powder
2 Tbsp Gathiya
2 tbsp Dry Coconut
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Oil
Salt to Taste
For Sabji:
3 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
4-5 Curry Leaves
2-3 Green Chilies
2 Tomato Pulp
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
Salt to Taste

Water as Required This is very simple and easy recipe yet its taste so amazing. Tomato is such vegetables which always available in our kitchen so this is such recipe which you can prepare anytime, in just 10 minutes you can make this very tasty sabji. This is a perfect dinner recipe which you can serve with Masala Chhas, Some Roasted Green Chilly, Jaggery and Bajara Rotla it will be treat to your family.
I used besan Gaathiya in the stuffing which helps to bind the all spices and thicken the gravy, many people used poha (Flattened Rice) or Besan as well but using gathiya really enhance the taste of the dish.
