Changing our behavior is not easy. In one o f my books I mentioned the process as: mind-attitude-behavior-habit-destiny.
To change destiny of our life, we may need to start from how our mind may receive information - to change attitude, habit, etc.

So, my view is that repetition is the mother of skill.
To have a good habit we want to reinforce the good habit, to get rid o gthe bad habit we want to reinforce not getting there (by finding the anchor and practice it).
As for me, I keep working on this - sincerely and truthfully.
