The Chinese President, Xi Jinping, arrived in Quito, Ecuador on Thursday where he’s expected to sign agreements on economic, cultural and legal cooperation. President Xi will also travel to Chile and Peru where he’ll attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Leaders’ Meeting, known as the APEC.
