Hi Friends,

In this video I am sharing how to make Andhra punugulu with leftover idli dosa batter. Its a simple and easy snack recipe prepared with the idli batter or dosa batter as side dish to afternoon lunch or as a evening snack recipe.

This Andhra style punugulu is a snack can be prepared in 5 minutes. We can add 1 or 2 tblspn of rice flour or rava (semoluna), to make the dosa batter to bonda batter consistency.

We can add onion, green chilli, ginger and even vegetables. Basically it's consumed with a cup of masala chai or with a filter coffee. It's also a suitable side dish for Sambar rice, rasam sadam etc,
