October 20, 2011 - Professor Scott Sagan looks at the current and projected use of nuclear energy around the world and examines what this means for the future of nuclear weapons proliferation. He presents research that shows which countries are in the process of expanding their nuclear energy programs and discusses how to best reduce the risk of nuclear proliferation.
