The French government has temporarily closed its embassy and evacuated its ambassador to Libya from the conflict-ridden country.
The foreign ministry said 39 other French nationals and 7 Britons were also on the warship that transported the ambassador to Toulon.
This as rival militias and government forces continue to be riled in fighting... both in the capital of Tripoli and Benghazi.
The Korean government has also imposed a travel ban on Libya - the first in three years - effective beginning on Monday for 6 months.
