Kim Kardashian has landed in troubled waters. The Donald Judd Foundation has sued her over the promotion of cheap knockoffs of their designs. She posted a YouTube video of her office space where she showed the tables that were done by Judd. But, the foundation claims that the furniture was a knockoff of their design. The foundation before filing a legal complaint asked Kardashian to delete the video, give the furniture for recycling, and admit her mistake. Clements Design was also named in the lawsuit which they hold responsible for producing the tables and chairs. They have been sued for trademark and copyright infringement.
