'Shooting in Paris: Three People DEAD in a Kurdish Centre'
Three people were killed in a shooting at a Kurdish cultural centre in Paris.
The attack wounded three more people and appeared to be racially motivated, according to the French government.
A 69-year-old man was detained after the attack, accused of opening fire at the Ahmet-Kaya centre, a hairdresser's and a restaurant.
