In this video I talk about my experience searching for a rental apartment in Berlin, Germany when I was sent there to work as a cabin crew. If you spend an extended amount of time in Germany you will find out that cash is king. Well, watch to find out how this cultural norm panned out for me.

Another helpful tip: If you have a German friend who can check over your contract before you sign it, please consult with them first. That is something I should have done when offered, but somehow didn't get to.
