As of right now I don’t know if there is a way to predict what eevee evolves into in Pokémon Quest.

I’ve noticed that Eevee seems to be a pretty bad Pokémon in Quest in general. This Jolteon has all electric damage bonuses but no electric moves. It kept the ones that Eevee had.

So far I haven’t used Jolteon, Flareon or Vaporeon in Quest. There’s just always something I want to level more.
