Fr. Luis Maza, O.Carm - General Councillor of Americas;
Fr. Robert Thomas Puthussery, O.Carm. - General Counsellor of Asia, Oceania and Australia;
Fr. Richard Byrne, O.Carm. - General Councillor of Europe.
