This is the third of my OrcaTorch reviews, this time we are looking at a good primary dive torch for the recreational diver, the D700.

I look at the battery options & performance and rank it against my favourite dive torch the Dive Rite BX2 which I use on every dive. I tested this torch in broad daylight so you can only imagine how good it is in the dark.
