Zoho CRM Tutorial Video
For today's video, we'll be demonstrating how to automate approval processes in Zoho CRM.
If you have lots of decisions to be approved in your CRM database, you could use approval rules to make this approval process simpler and easier.

Let's check my example built on the module quotes:
This approval process is triggered when a new quote is created, but only if the grand total is more than or equal to 1000.
We have actions after approval and after rejection.
- After approval, the quote stage is changed to confirmed and a Quote approved email notification is sent to the quote owner. and the Quote is approved.
We have another action after rejection.
- If this quote is rejected, then the system automatically sends an email to the quote owner that the quote is rejected. And the quote state for this record is updated to ‘On hold’.

It is also possible to add different rules to one module with a different sequence of actions.
