Breaking News: Manish Sisodia's prosecution under the Prevention of Corruption Act in the "alleged Feedback Unit" spying case has received approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Ministry of Home Affairs authorised the CBI to bring Sisodia to justice in the alleged spying case in a communication dated February 17 to the Delhi Lieutenant Governor Secretariat. The plea for prosecution sanction from the CBI had been approved by Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, who then referred it to the MHA. The AAP government secretly established the FBU, an Extra Constitutional-Extra Judicial Intelligence Agency, in 2015, under which the CBI had requested permission to file a FIR against Sisodia, who oversees the Delhi government's Vigilance division. The FBU is accused of spying on various Ministries, Opposition political parties, entities, and individuals. Listen In!
