Daya Shankar Agnihotri, the partner of gangster Vikas Dubey has now been arrested after an encounter with the Police. 8 policemen were killed during the encounter on Thursday, in Kalyanpur area in Kanpur. Daya Shankar and aide of the gangster revealed that Dubey was involved illicit liquor trade which was managed by Atul Dubey, who was killed later.
