As part of a series of videos produced by Greater Birmingham & Solihull Institute of Technology (@gbsinstituteoftechnology2726), this video looks at Matt, who joined Precision Micro 6 years ago (2017) as an apprentice after finishing his GCSEs.
Since joining Precision Micro, Matt has developed his personal and engineering skills enabling him to progress through the company. Presently, he works as a process engineer playing a vital role in optimising and maintaining the machinery used throughout the etching process.
