INGREDIENTS:

1. 5 cloves Garlic
2. Fresh coriander
3. 1/2 tsp oregano
4. 6 tbsp butter
5. Cheese
6. Bread

STEP 1:
Cut the garlic cloves into small pieces
STEP 2:
Cut the fresh coriander into small pieces
STEP 3:
Add both in a bowl
STEP 4:
Add 1/2 tsp Oregano
STEP 5:
Add 6 tbsp butter
STEP 6:
Mix it all well
STEP 7:
Get 1 slice of bread and add cheese on it
STEP 8:
Get 2nd slice of bread and spread the garlic butter paste
STEP 9:
Add the clear side of bread on top of cheese
STEP 10:
Place the bread onto a pan make sure the heat is on low
STEP 11:
Flip the side once the colour starts getting dark at the bottom
STEP 12:
Once the other side is done take the bread out and dish out
STEP 13:
Finally cut them into strips and serve it.
