A row has broken out in Andhra Pradesh after Rebel YSRCP MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, who was booked for sedition and in custody of the CID alleged custodial assault. The BJP and the TDP have condemned the incident and called it a violation of human rights and questioned the Jagan govt over the incident. The CID has defended his arrest stating he gave speeches against the govt triggering hatred.
