A great way to explore a city is through dining at different establishments. Today, you get to explore an All You Can Eat Korean BBQ for $20 USD. Korean BBQ is known for quality meats that you grill on a circular stainless steel grilling surface. Sometimes that grilling surface is coated in non-stick ceramic coating. The surface is heated underneath by a gas flame. Sometimes charcoal, wood, or electricity. Often home Korean BBQ sets are electric and can be used in a small kitchen.

In a Korean BBQ restaurant, you will see vents above the grill to draw the smoke away from the diners and up to the roof. The exhaust is scrubbed from odors and grease. On occasion if you get some burning, the vent system can not handle the smoke, so you get face full of smokiness.
Many non All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ will provide a bunch of sides called banchan. In this all you can eat, the sides are minimal. In a traditional Korean BBQ restaurant, the server will also grill the meat on your behalf and cut them into bite sizes. You can dip your cooked meet in garlic sauce or gochujang.
