Ingredients list
100gm gond
300gm wheat flour
250gm desi ghee
100gm mix dry fruit( almond, pista, cashew)
100gm sugar (as per taste)
Method of Preparation
Step 1. Put Kadai on heat and add desi ghee.
Step 2. Then add gond & fry it.
Step 3. Then transfer into the bowl and keep aside.
Step 4. Again take Kadai and add desi ghee and add wheat flour, cook till golden brown color & continue to stir the mixture.
Step 5. Then cook in slow flame and add roasted dry fruits and mix well.
Step 6. Then off the flame and add previous fried gond.
Step 7. Mix well by adding sugar and transfer in bowl or plate.
Step 8. Now make laddu and garnish with roasted pista and almond.
Step 9. Now Atta Laddu are ready for serve.
Important point:
* Cook laddu mixture on slow flame.
* Stir the mixture to continue basis.
* Add sugar in the end.
* Add gond in the end.
