Even after reimposing lockdown in Bihar from July 16, the cases are spiking up. Around 1,500 cases are reported every day and the testing rate in the state is very low. There are no masks used, no social distancing maintained and all other rules are being violated by the public. The government seems to be failed on reimposing the lockdown.
