Marvin Branagh, a cop with the Raccoon City Police that was first seen in Resident Evil 2, and then 3. Afterwards he was featured in Outbreak File 2 that technically supposed to take place before RE 2. This video shows his demise and was a good character while he lasted, his concerns for others safety before his own well being.
