Welcome to the lovely little town of Sandstone. It is located eight and a half hours Northwest of Perth WA. It was originally founded due to the gold found in the nearby area. The area has some amazing geological features such as London Bridge which is part of a larger basalt breakaway about 800 metres long. The Old Sandstone Brewery which had its cellar carved into the basalt in order to keep a constant temperature, of course made by an Irishmen. There is also an old state battery that was relocated here from Paynesville before it was decommissioned, that was once used to crush gold rich ore to extract the valuable gold from inside.
All the aerial footage was shot on a Mavic Air 2 and the rest on a Samsung S21. If you enjoyed please like and subscribe.
