3 tablespoons ground paprika
1 medium onion
3 mushrooms
1 tablespoon sour cream

200 g sour cream
700 g potatoes
200 g yeast dough
30 g semolina

Dredge in semolina. Stretch the dough

Place an empty baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
Take out the potatoes, check for readiness
Remove the core from potatoes
Toss the cores of potatoes in a bowl with mushrooms and onions.
Mix with 1 tablespoon of sour cream

Take the meat out of the oven (at a temperature above 82 degrees Celsius, the meat is ready)
