This grants you the Spirit of Captain Lotus-Vision cluster to access locked doors in Pagoda.

Had a few issues collecting the Ashen Slumber transformation spell that I knew was in the Pagoda Realm - turns you there are lose ends in Sandgate Village. After defeating the Second Rat Prince and his disciples across Chapter 2, there is further dialogue available with the Hidden Rats in small shelter in Sandgate.
Also ensured I killed all nearby rat enemies, so that hidden boys felt safe! They speak of a Third Rat Prince in the Pagoda Realm, West of here. Once this is complete you can head back to collect the Ashen Slumber transformation spell, which is pretty good!

There is also rumours of an encounter with the 3rd Rat Prince, but I couldn't trigger this on the first floor of Pagoda, where the 2 cells link. Possibly because I had already picked up the Ashen Transformation spell as shown.
