In this yoga class, we work on the CORE and the ABS! It feels like a yoga workout but is actually a really powerful practice for stepping out of victimhood and into your own power. The ancient yogis knew that if we wanted major transformation, then we had to work with the energy around the navel. There are over 72,000 nadis, or energetic pathways, that meet at the navel center, or Manipura chakra. So if we want to change our energy in a very short amount of time and step into our strength, then working with the core is the most effective way to do this. This practice will supercharge your energy and help you step into your inner power! Don't forget to take breaks as you need to and then come back into the exercise as you're ready.
