Vintage Block Planer restoration, doing my best to retain the character and patina of this old beautiful hand tool.
This video has been a long time coming. Dealing with the cold, and many, MANY, technical difficulties, I have finally finished the complete teardown and restoration of this vintage planer. I tried not to do too much sanding, because this beast has a lot of character in the wood. All in all, it came out really well, and will be a nice centerpiece on my entertainment center.
