Route 12 runs every 20 minutes Mondays to Fridays and every half hour on Saturdays between Wroxham and N&NUH via Sprowston and the City Centre. The route is mainly worked by Streetdecks branded for the 11 & 12 "Pink Line" services, though sometimes a Plaxton President can appear.
