The Tigerair Taiwan is a subsidiary of China Airlines and is a low-cost carrier.

The A320neo family is a very quiet aircraft (including the use of Pratt & Whitney PW1100G and CFM International LEAP-1A). The volume performance from taxiing, takeoff to climb is excellent, especially how quiet it is during takeoff, which surprised me even more!!
The PW1100G operates at a lower fan speed than previous products, making it quieter and more fuel-efficient. We can see through this video that the fan speed of the PW1100G is slower than that of the CFM56 and V2500 when cruising in the air.

Fukuoka Airport is a hub airport in Kyushu, Japan. It's also the airport with the most passenger traffic to the west of Osaka.
Fukuoka Airport ranks fourth in passenger traffic in Japan, and the number of people using this airport each year is about the same as that New Chitose Airport (Sapporo). The overall ranking is second only to Haneda, Narita and Kansai, ranking fourth in Japan.
Although Fukuoka Airport has a large passenger flow and has undertaken the important task of an aviation hub in the Kyushu region, but the airport’s facilities are obviously insufficient. Other Japanese airports with the same status generally have larger footprints, more parking apron, more runways and larger terminal size. Perhaps Fukuoka Airport happens to be located in the urban area, which restricts its development.
If the plane takeoff from runway 16 of Fukuoka Airport, or landing from runway 34, passengers can overlook the entire city of Fukuoka (downtown Fukuoka).
