How I Cook Black Beans in the Instant Pot - No SOAKING! I always hated having to soak beans overnight, or worse yet, use the sodium laden canned beans. Sure, they're convenient, but once you've worked with dried beans, you won't go back. Cheaper, easier to store, and above all, they TASTE BETTER! Making beans in the instant pot takes about an hour, but, you can make as much or as little as you like and it's very hands off. So give it a try, this method is shown with black beans but really it works with any dried beans. Best part? NO SOAKING!
