China and the Philippines are accusing each other of ramming ships in the South China Sea.
China said its coastguard vessel was rammed by a Philippines ship in a “dangerous” and “unprofessional” manner.
The Philippines, in turn, has accused China of “unlawful” and “aggressive” actions, including ramming a second Philippines ship minutes later.
The clashes come despite an agreement to defuse tensions.
