This easy cashew nut curry is so delicious, rich and creamy. Cashews become melt in your mouth soft and the curry is thick and creamy and the perfect addition to festive table.
Ingredients for Cashew nut Curry (Kaju Curry)
Cashew nuts – 300g
Baking soda – 1tsp
Oil -2 tbsp
B Onions – 1
Curry leaves
Green chili – 3
Pandan ( Rampe) leaves
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cardamoms – 2, Cloves – 2
Garlic cloves (slices) – 4
Dried red chilli - 2 (broken)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Curry powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
Coconut thin Milk – 3 cups
Coconut thick Milk – 1/2 cup
Water 4 cups for soak Cashew nuts
