I am currently in my 3rd and last year of university. This entails that I complete a dissertation involving a practical side to the project.
For this, I have picked an area that I am very interested in and will have to replicate, TV Drama, namely the British television program 'Red Riding'.
For my dissertation, I will be reproducing a scene adapted from David Peace's novel.
Here is a test film, my main objective was to replicate the look and feel of the 1970's similar to the existing TV drama. I tried to copy the style through the use of saturated footage with lots of focus pull's.
I believe I have successfully accomplished this, now to move onto the second half of my dissertation, special effects, which will feature in my final production.
