Another installment of whetstone wars. Epic battle between these two whetstone companies. Giants in the world of ceramic whetstones. All synthetic stones with no natural stone contribution. These 2000 grit stones are legends in the industry. Once again we battle with the knives provided by Tokushu Knife. Two Mortitaka AS 210mm Gyuto were each sharpened on the respected stones. All the work was done just on the stone. After the knives were sharpened and compared, we declare a winner. This is based on price and size and how long we expect it to last, as well as how well it performs. It's pretty obvious in this episode. We have links below to some of the items.
