One of my friends visited Disneyland as a child, and this was filmed by her father... Sherman W. Carter, Jr.
I don't know the exact date of this film, and notes on the reel dated it in late 1955 (the year it opened)... but added information from a knowledgeable viewer appears to date it more accurately to early 1956. Thank you to James D Keeline who wrote the following on Facebook, and to YouTube user jordanwasyliwcalgary for passing it along as a comment below:
“The found film is from early 1956. Here are the observations I made for the dating using intrinsic evidence:
The Keel Boats are shown (Dec. 1955). No Christmas decor is seen on the Hall of Chemistry. Casey Jr. is running on largely barren embankments. In Feb. 1956 they announced plans to theme it with Storybook Land. For some reason the Jungle Cruise was drained and the boats were stored in Fowler's Harbor. They used Gunnite (sprayed concrete bottoms used for swimming pools) before the park opened so there should not have been as much seepage of water as occurred with the Rivers of America. I suppose there were some scene changes in the work in the first year of operations.”

I really appreciate the added info, and welcome other comments that will help identify historical details of note.
