RIP Peepers( August 9, 2020), I love you! This is my female lovebird Peepers talking to me and sassing me. Peepers was hand-raised and bonded to people before I got her at just 8 weeks old. Now she is just a little over a year old and is learning different phrases. Her birthday is December 2, 2013. Lovebirds are not known as talking bird types.....but are capable when raised properly and treated right.
