Her approach is psychology led and so when looking at introducing Agile ways of working practices, she focuses a lot on behavioural change.
She is also the host of the Better, Faster & Happier podcast. A show dedicated to exploring the future of work.
Noel Warnell:
Noel is a creative, energetic and enthusiastic human with over 20 years experience of software product delivery, 11 of them working with leaders and agile teams.
His approach is solution focused, experiment driven and full of passion to help organisations and individuals avoid dysfunction and improve the way they work with agility.
He thrives on creating memorable experiences through coaching, facilitation, drawing, mentoring, speaking and writing.
Dean Latchana:
Dean supports individuals and organisations to succeed in a dynamic market by helping them to develop situational awareness and ways of working that are contextual to their needs.
He advises and guides individuals and organisations to gain a new set of competencies so they can continuously re-optimise to an ever-changing business landscape. He co-develops change to remove organisational debt to create a more balanced focus for continuous improvement and innovation.
In order to achieve this, as a Business Agility Consultant and Agile Coach, Dean's role is to support business transformation programmes and develop new ways of working across departments.
