Smoked Farmer Cheese brined for 24 hours, than covered with flavorfull rubs and smoked for 3 to 4 hours. I made it 3 ways herbs and garlic, dried tomatoes and chillies (slightly spicy) and plain. Try it and you will love it. Perfect addition to game day snacks
