Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says the ACCC “seems confident” in their case against major supermarkets Coles and Woolworths.
The ACCC has announced it will be suing Coles and Woolworths in the Federal Court over discount pricing.
“Coles and Woolworths will state their cases; it will probably happen behind closed doors, and we’ll get an announcement in the coming months,” Mr Boyd said.
