- 200g Chicken thighs
- 50g Dried mushroom
- 25g Dried Black Fungus
- 6Bowls Chicken Broth
- 4Bowls Mushrooms water
- 2slices Ginger
- 1 Egg
- 50g Horseshoe powder
- 50ml Water
Marinade(Dried mushroom)
- 1tsp Sugar
- 1tbsp Soy sauce
Seasonings
- 1tbsp Cooking Wine
- 2tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2tbsp Soy sauce
- 2tsp Sugar
- 1tsp Salt(taste and adjust the increments)
- Pepper (little)
- Sesame oil (little)
- 1tbsp Dark soy sauce

- 6碗 雞肉水(雞湯)

- 1隻 雞蛋
- 50g 馬蹄粉
- 50ml 水
醃料(冬菇)
- 1茶匙 糖
- 1湯匙 生抽
調味料
- 1湯匙 紹興酒
- 2湯匙 蠔油
- 2湯匙 生抽
- 2茶匙 糖
- 1茶匙 鹽
- 少許 胡椒粉
- 少許 麻油
- 1湯匙 老抽
