Dispersion is the process by which the pigment agglomerates that usually appear with pure pigment powders are mechanically separated into single crystal units and prevented from agglomerating again.
A well-dispersed masterbatch provides improved first time quality when used in the plastics transformation process.
This is especially critical in high speed productions.
