Welcome back to my channel guys! This will be my first time traveling since Covid 19, and I’m so excited to finally get out there again! In todays Vlog I’m taking you guys to the Caribbean island St. Thomas, US Virgin Island. We’re spending 1 weekend there for my birthday. This will be a fun one, so stay tuned! This is a full exploration & my first SOLO travel vacation vlog.
During this vlog, you will see all the beautiful things the island had to offer and my crazy unedited footage of the travel excursions I booked during this 3 day weekend. Including: Charlotte Amalie shopping, Lindbergh Bay Beach, Cas Cay Kayaking, Hiking to Mangrove Lagoon, Snorkeling with Sea Turtles, Coral World Marine Park, Under Water Sea Trek, 99 steps, St. John Honeymoon Beach, Mountain Top, Henley Kay Snorkeling & Kayaking, Charlotte Amalie Overlook and dinner at The Easterly.
COVID RELATED: To clarify: I traveled to St. Thomas in July during the covid-19 pandemic. This meant that I all needed covid tests in order to travel. On top of that I stayed together in a small tight nit group hanging out a lot in the Airbnb isolated from any crowds. I also pre-planned to get tested and self-quarantine upon my return.
The Virgin Islands were pretty empty during this time, so avoiding crowds was super easy. Of course I met and interacted with some other people but those interactions were brief and few enough in number that I was pretty safe the entire trip. In the end, everything went fine and nobody got covid. Let me know if you have any questions and I will be more than happy to help you!

USVI TRAVEL PORTAL TO UPLOAD YOUR TEST RESULTS:

Simple facts to know before traveling to St. Thomas, USVI:
COVID RESTRICTIONS
1. 5 days prior, you MUST take the PCR COVID-19 test and upload it to the USVI travel portal website.
2. Once uploaded, you will receive an email of a GREEN or RED QR code [Green meaning approved and Red meaning not approved]
3. After landed in USVI, you show your government state ID, test results and QR code to the staff, while they temperature check you.
4. You’re done!
5*. Many beaches close from 2-4 pm [ex. COKI beach, Magens Bay Beach] so make sure to get there early.
OTHER FACTS FOR SAFE TRAVEL:
1. HAVE CASH ON YOU AT ALL TIMES. Many taxis, restaurants and beaches only do cash only, so make sure to have a few bucks on hand.
2. NEVER TRAVEL THROUGH THE STREETS ALONE! Make sure you’re with a buddy or in an area with plenty of people and lights.
3. There are taxis all around! A trip is per person [ex. $5 from Margaritaville to Red Hook PER PASSENGER]
